Shrink Sleeve Label Design Guidelines

A)  Seam Overlap: this area will be covered by the overlapping film from the opposite side of the sleeve. This area 3mm is to be glued.

B)  Unseamed Width: The flat, unseamed web width of the film =   Layflat Size*2 + A= 87*2 + 3 = 177mm

C)  Cut length: 2mm area of clear at the top and bottom of the sleeve and total length is 101+2.5+2.5=106mm.

D)  Clear Area: In order for the sleeve labels to be cut from the rolls on which they are produced, there must be a clear area between each repeat label on the roll. The resulting 5mm of clear space between each repeat allows the sleeves to be cut accurately.

E)  Layflat Size: This is the finished width of your sleeve after it is A seamed. There is place where the sleeve will be folded--not showed.. These folds can be moved horizontally across the sleeve. It will be depended on where the figutre to printed on label.
