- Can use Ethernet communication or dry contact I/O control during production.
- Safety guards and color touch panel control system ensure unit is user friendly.
- Specially designed cutter plate does not need changing within rated specifications. If necessary, changes can be accomplished in only three minutes.
- Use PC based control for increased accuracy and speed over conventional controls.
- Servo control adopts Ethernet communication which is less susceptible to interference.

- Can save up to 100 sets menu.
- With optional UWI-8 Multi Label Unwinder, label changing time can be extended to increase productivity.
- Using PET 20 micron or PVC 32 micron shrink labels at substantial film cost reduction, machine can reach 350bpm within 180mm label length.
- Using PET/PVC 40 micron shrink labels, machine can reach 600bpm within 180mm label length.
- With auto speed variation insertion capability to meet conveyor requirement.
- Can be supplied with optional Bottle Lifter to produce quality packaging.
