Available in two technologies – steam tunnels and electric tunnels – Dase-Sing’s solutions can be tailored to suit your production needs. Steam tunnels are especially effective for filled containers and high-speed lines, delivering consistent results for complex container shapes. In contrast, heat tunnels are better suited for empty bottles ,cap sealing or moisture-sensitive products like pharmaceuticals, and are ideal for facilities without access to steam infrastructure.

Heat Tunnel for shrink sleeves

Dase-Sing’s electric heat tunnels for shrink sleeves provide a steam-free solution for shrink sleeve labeling. These systems are ideal for empty bottles that cannot withstand steam pressure, as well as moisture-sensitive products like pharmaceuticals, and for bottle cap sealing. Since they don’t require boilers or steam piping, heat tunnels are also a practical choice for smaller production spaces or facilities without steam infrastructure. Our heat tunnels for shrink sleeves are built for precise, uniform heating across a wide variety of bottle shapes and materials. A unique internal air diversion system ensures even heat distribution, while temperature controllers allow accurate settings with minimal fluctuation (±5°C). The machines are constructed with stainless steel or heat-resistant coated steel for long-term durability, and support PVC, PET, and OPS shrink sleeve materials. Their modular design makes installation, operation, and product changeovers simple and efficient.

Dase-Sing’s steam tunnels for shrink sleeves offer an efficient and consistent way to apply shrink sleeve labels. By using controlled steam pressure, the film tightly conforms to the shape of each container - creating a clean, wrinkle-free finish. Designed for filled bottles, cans, and irregularly shaped products, these systems perform reliably on high-speed production lines. Each steam tunnel for shrink sleeves is built with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame to withstand demanding industrial environments. They feature adjustable steam nozzles, which can be precisely positioned and angled to target key shrink zones. Viewing windows are available either as a standard feature or optional upgrade, depending on the model. For improved steam stability and energy efficiency, a Pressure Reducing Station can also be added to the system. Dase-Sing offers models for a range of production needs. The AS-1800 is compact and easy to install, ideal for standard lines or tight spaces, with optional viewing windows and temperature gauges. The AS-2800 extends the tunnel length while offering the same upgrades. For larger bottles and high-output lines, the AST-128B and AST-118B come standard with viewing windows, temperature gauges, LED lighting, and segmented steam exhaust control. Their external steam valve controls allow operators to adjust flow without opening the machine - minimizing adjustment time during bottle change in mass production.
