Cutter plate and drive are using Yasukawa drive system and server motor for motion with stable and accurately.
Machine design can fit the bottle diameter from 135mm to 210mm.
Dual drive design for motion with stable and accurately.
Cutter plate is driven by gear for longer using and perfect cuts.
Drive and front/ rear blocking use linkage arrangement to make the position of mandrel more accurate.
Feeding roller with cam design to reduce the time of sleeve installation.
Seven inches HMI touch screen has highly sensitive operation by collocate with High Performance motion control system to make the operation more convenient.
Sensors are using SICK grade for motion of sleeve more stable and accurate.
